At the Dispensary

When you arrive at the optical shop, you will either sign in or take a number, depending on the location. Some clinics may have a longer wait time, especially if there are many veterans being seen that day.

When your name or number is called, you will be invited to choose from a wide selection of frames. If you need help, one of our friendly opticians will be there to guide you, answer questions, and make sure your choice fits comfortably and securely.

You will also have the chance to talk about optional lens features if that location offers upgrades and retail options—like Transitions® lenses that adjust to sunlight or Anti-Reflective coatings that reduce glare—so we can match your glasses to your daily needs.

Upgrades and Additional Pairs

Veterans are always welcome to order more than one pair of glasses to fit different activities or occasions. We offer:

• Transitions® light-adaptive lenses (automatically darken in sunlight)
• Crizal® no-glare lenses (reduce reflections and improve clarity)
• Rio Rays® sunglasses for stylish sun protection
